The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office released the mugshot of a Florida man who was arrested Saturday after several agencies were chasing an 18-wheeler across the Houston area.
The 51-year-old driver from Florida was arrested following a high-speed police chase that lasted more than 2.5 hours. On Saturday, the chase began in Montgomery County when the Roman Forest Police Department responded to a report of reckless driving. The chase passed through Harris and Fort Bend counties and ended with the help of several additional Houston-area agencies, including the Houston Police Department and the Department of Public Safety.
ABC13 obtained exclusive dashcam video from a driver, showing the moments before the crash where Fernandez was hit by the big rig near Katy Mills.
