A man known as the “mullet streaker” was arrested at the Phoenix Open golf tournament on Friday after he jumped onto the course and belly-flopped into a pond.
McConnell then ignored commands by police to exit the course, and instead ran toward the water hazard and belly-flopped into the water. He ignored police commands to exit the water and swam toward the center.
