Natural Solutions Foundation of Newton agreed to stop marketing a potential cure for the coronavirus.

As part of the settlement, they agreed to recall the questionable products and destroy any remaining supplies. In addition, the defendants must notify the Food and Drug Administration before distributing any new drugs and allow the agency to inspect their facilities and procedures.

According to the complaint, the company had claimed that anyone who took “1 cap full . . . a day” should have “no fear or concern” about the coronavirus. After being notified that the government would sue, the company put the product “on hold” and removed some claims from its website, but said it would fight back, the complaint said.stop touting the same product
