Capri Institute of Hair Design is scheduled to appear before the New Jersey Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling on Tuesday. Jeffrey D. Smith, attorney for Capri Institute, told NJ Advance Media in an email Friday that the school “has been cooperating with the Board of Cosmetology and the Attorney General’s Office and intends to continue to cooperate.”
