Kareem Lee, 32, and Erin Logan, 31, both of Keyport, were arrested and charged following an investigation, according to officials.

Officials charged a Keyport couple with attempting to bribe a sexual assault victim in order to stop her from cooperating in the man’s prosecution, officials said Wednesday. Kareem Lee, 32, and Erin Logan, 31, are each charged with second-degree conspiracy and second-degree bribery of a witness, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. Lee is already charged with first-degree armed robbery, first-degree aggravated sexual assault and two second-degree weapons offenses, officials said.
The victim told Tinton Falls police officers on July 21, 2022, that a man entered her room at a local motel on Route 33 earlier that day and sexually assaulted her at gunpoint, officials said.
