A 24-year-old New Jersey man was charged with criminally negligent homicide in a crash that killed another driver Tuesday night in Rockland County, New York. Corey Womack was driving “erratically” west on Route 59 in Clarkstown at about 7:15 p.m. when he collided with an SUV near the intersection of Broome Boulevard, according to local police.
