A Cherry Hill youth baseball coach was arrested Wednesday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old, authorities said. Thomas Bianco, 20, was charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to a statement from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office. The offenses allegedly occurred in his car., which is a youth baseball and softball league, and also employs minors in his business, Bianco Landscaping Maintenance, LLC, the office said. It was unclear how Bianco allegedly came in contact with the minor.
Bianco was being held at the Camden County Correctional Facility pending a pretrial detention hearing, police said. Attorney information for him was not immediately available.
