The launch will take place at the Wallops Flight Facility in eastern Virginia and aims to help scientists understand the source of X-rays in space that affect the Earth
set for early January 2022 might be visible from the ground in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and other eastern U.S. states, according to the federal space agency.
Among the states that could get a glimpse of the rocket shortly after it takes off are Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
