SpaceX's Starship will land astronauts on the moon in 2025 and 2027, if all goes according to plan.
mission is scheduled to launch early Wednesday morning from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Liftoff will occur during a two-hour window that opens at 1:04 a.m. EST , if all goes according to plan. You can watch it live here at Space.com.
rocket to send an uncrewed Orion capsule on a 26-day journey to lunar orbit and back. The mission will be the first flight for the SLS and just the second for Orion, which reached Earth orbit in 2014 atop a United Launch Alliance Delta IV Heavy rocket.
