Here's who the Pacers select at No. 7 pick in the NBA Draft
The Indiana Pacers picked Bilal Coulibaly, a teammate of No. 1 pick Victor Wembanyama in France, at No. 7 overall. However, according to multiple reports, they traded Coulibaly's rights to the Washington Wizards for the No. 8 pick and more.
The Pacers end up with Jarace Walker, who just completed his freshman season at Houston. The Pacers also reportedly receive two second-round picks in 2028, one directly from the Wizards and another Washington recently obtained in a trade with the Phoenix Suns. The 6-8 Walker averaged 11.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.0 steal and 1.3 blocked shots in one season with the Cougars. He was the American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year and an all-conference second-team pick.played four seasons for Belmont, averaging 18.8 points on 41.5% 3-point shooting as a senior. The 6-6 wing also averaged 5.2 rebounds and 1.4 steals.
"I feel like I've flown under the radar for most of my life in basketball, honestly, and that was just a chip on my shoulder," Sheppard said following his workout with the Pacers a couple of weeks ago.
