Hampton said when she heard the boom, she was terrified a kid had been hurt.“I saw a lady, she was on the ground, you know,” Hampton said.Neighbors said a lot of kids live on the street and cars speed up and down it every day.
“My eyes were just so amazed. My mind was just everywhere… I don’t know it could have been a child,” Hampton said.We’re working to confirm those details and learn more about the driver of the car.
