Several people were reportedly injured, some of them believed to be children.

-- There were reports of multiple injuries Tuesday night in a fire in the Montclare neighborhood.

The fire broke out in a house at 2554 N. Rutherford Ave., off Wrightwood Avenue. Neighbors told CBS 2's Marissa Perlman they heard a very loud explosion in the neighborhood. Several people were reportedly injured. Neighbors said they saw at least two children pulled from the home. Multiple fire companies responded to the scene.
