Jabba the Hutt in (checks notes) Ahsoka?
Star Wars just dropped new character posters from Ahsoka episode 6, including one celebrating the return of "Jabba the Hutt". Although Grand Admiral Thrawn may have made his exciting live-action debut, his wasn't the only return to be featured in the new Star Wars show. Now, Star Wars is playing into a classic Star Wars Rebels running gag with these new posters.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Posted on Twitter by the official Star Wars account, new characters posters including Thrawn, The Great Mothers, and Captain Enoch have been revealed. There's also an exciting poster of the Jedi Ezra Bridger, though Star Wars hilariously refers to the exiled Jedi as "Jabba the Hutt".
For those who have only watched Ahsoka and not Star Wars Rebels where Ezra first appeared, it makes perfect sense why there may be some confusion. However, Ezra Bridger being called Jabba is one of the animated series' oldest running jokes.
