Pascrell III, and Martin Lycka, trustees for a nonprofit dedicated to promoting responsible gambling, say that one of the most contentious issues in sports betting today is whether operators should promote “risk-free bets,” in which customers receive a refund in the form of free bets if their initial wager loses.
