New PARC Group president seeking to maintain developer's momentum
Master-planned community developer PARC group has a familiar face at the helm who wants to continue the Nocatee developer's work.
"I truly want to keep on doing what we’ve been doing. That doesn’t mean sit back and do the same thing over and over," Pilinko said."Real estate development is a dynamic marketplace. The customers’ needs, desire and wants are changing constantly." "Our focus is the commercial, we’ll be opening a Publix in the next few months, there’s a Gate gas station now and a fire station has opened," Pilinko said."We're excited for the shop space that will come along with the Publix. Bringing this commercial space online is really a milestone to continue to provide that lifestyle."
"It’s the amenities and neighborhood services," Pilinko said."It's the 'Live, work, play.' It's about creating somewhere where someone can envision themselves having everything they need right there."
