“I thought it would be a fun way to pay homage to the place to bring the name back, bring back a couple of the items that were on the menu, and pay homage to what that country club was here in Dallas and a staple that it was for many, many years,” Rutt said.

The renovated space is expected to accommodate up to 100 guests.“When you’re trying to get there, you’ll have to know where you’re going,” Rutt said. “If you know, you know.”While Alice is mostly driven by food, the Columbian is mostly focused on the bar experience with some food highlights.
