North Seattle residents living along Aurora Avenue tell KOMO News they are frustrated by the growing crime just feet from their front doors.

Steelsmith said he believes the prostitution problems spanning up and down Aurora Avenue are to blame for the rise in crime. "In the video, you see what I am talking about," Steelsmith said. "It has been very bad recently. Very dangerous and now our neighbors are being shot up."Neighbors along 107th said the next plan is to shut down their residential streets and block them with barriers to ensure their safety.
