A New Cumberland native is helping neurodivergent individuals throughout Central PA, through their nonprofit called "Neurodiverse Network."
The nonprofit helps find the proper resources for those in need that will offer them a better quality of life. The founder, Leann Firestone, was diagnosed with autism at 30 and recently opened an online shop for the nonprofit; selling items like stickers, chewy necklaces, and even 3D printed animal fidgets.
"A lot of us are struggling through these system so I figured that I needed to create some way to help parents get through this time, to help adults that are late diagnosed," says Firestone.For more information on Neurodiverse Network and to see how you can get involved, click
