The Alameda County Sheriff's Office announced Saturday that a 17-year-old boy was arrested in connection with an Ashland area homicide.
Converse was found shot"multiple times" on Jan. 30 in the area of 167th Avenue and East 14th Street, near Edendale Park in the Ashland area. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died of his wounds.
