Leaders say the pool opening schedule will depend on staffing, with pools in close proximity operating on a split schedule to maximize access to all pools.City pools are set to begin opening in Philadelphia Wednesday. FOX 29's Hank Flynn is in Hunting Park with the details.
Despite the dreary, rainy and gray day, swimmers across the city rejoiced at the fact that all city pools will be open.
