The Pickerington-based company had just over $19 million of sales in Ohio in 2020, according to records. It defaulted on about $12.6 million of payments to energy suppliers, according to PUCO. PUCO said customers of Volunteer may soon get a notice saying they’ve been place their electric or natural gas utility’s default offering. They are able to shop for a new one.
