Crosley MacEachen, a recent graduate of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, has been accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in December 2020.
One month prior to that alleged incident, MacEachen allegedly grabbed the girl's buttocks at a different property.
Speaking to WLWT, Croswell added:"They are unproven allegations and we intend to aggressively defend them."In a statement, the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy told WLWT:"CHCA has learned of an investigation which has resulted in charges filed against a former student. The alleged incident did not occur on school property nor during a school-sponsored event.
According to the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy's website, MacEachen averaged 17 yards per catch while playing for the football team.
