A family of undocumented immigrants was injured Monday after teens wielding BB guns allegedly chased them around an Oklahoma City neighborhood.
One of the children, who was shot in the leg, was only 6 years old. The father was shot in the shoulder, and his 11-year-old son was shot in the arm. The family was originally afraid to go to the hospital or report the incident to police, due to their undocumented status. They are originally from Honduras. "You can be legal or illegal, it doesn't matter," Quintero told KFOR-TV."You cannot be victims of these crimes."
