In her lawsuit, the professor claimed an official in the department compared a member of the Trump administration to a 'fictional movie villain.'
Oklahoma State University Associate Professor Whitney Bailey has filed a lawsuit against the school claiming her employment in President Donald Trump's administration hurt her ability to be promoted."Defendants' unlawful conduct was motivated by evil motive or intent," the suit says.
Human Development and Family Science department head Sissy Osteen, Dean of the College of Human Sciences Stephan Wilson and Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs Gary Sandefur were publicly critical of the president and those who supported him, Bailey alleged. Her suit also asserts that Wilson publicly shared his"disdain" for the HHS' leadership.
