The legal repercussions are real.
Lori Loughlin's two daughters Olivia Jade and Bella Giannulli are back on Instagram months after their mother's college admission scandal broke. But Olivia's lawyer isn't entirely keen about the kind of content Olivia has posted—particularly that Instagram of her flipping off the media, Us Weekly reports.
An insider told the outlet that “her lawyer’s begged her not to post anything because prosecutors are going to question her about it and show everything to the jury.” The pleading didn't work: Olivia's Instagram of her giving the middle finger was picked up widely by news outlets. It has over 416,000 likes."@dailymail @starmagazine @people @perezhilton @everyothermediaoutlet #close #source #says," she captioned it.
Olivia is afraid she won't be able to rebuild her brand, a source said, and it has left her “resentful." Generally speaking, a source said, “things aren’t fully healed between" Loughlin and her daughters. Olivia's parents face 40 year maximum jail sentences each and will be fighting their charges in court this fall.
