Christmas came early for Olivia Newton-John, who got a familiar gift from a hopelessly devoted fan.

Though the leather jacket may have belonged to a new owner after the Nov. 2 auction, the company revealed on Tuesday that the mystery purchaser returned it to its "rightful owner.", Newton-John stands with her eyes closed as a man approaches her with a pink, gift-wrapped box. The man's face is blurred to shield his identity.The man then reveals himself as the buyer of Newton-John's iconic jacket -- which he has come to give back to her.
"Are you serious?" Newton-John replies, before welling up with tears and hugging the mystery man."That is the sweetest thing."Though he bought the jacket, the man described how the garment isn't his to claim.
