A man was shot and killed Friday night in Trenton, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office. The shooting occurred at about 7 p.m. on Beakes Street in north Trenton, investigators said. Officers found an unresponsive adult male who was shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital.Detectives have not many any arrests, and the shooting remains under investigation, the Prosecutor’s Office said. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mercer County Homicide Task Force at 609-989-6406.
