Fletcher’s Hamburgers at San Antonio’s Pearl Bottling Department food hall will close in March

It’s final day of service will be March 21, but a social media post announcing the closure hinted the shop might reopen in a new location.
The post from chef and owner Sergio Remolina read: “These last few years have been a great challenge for us, a challenge that we have overcome every day with the help of you and everyone who has been part of our work team. Fletcher’s has grown and transformed from day one and our next step requires a big change and a location of the size of our effort and dedication.”
Fletcher’s has been part of the food hall since it opened in July 2017, and it was the only one of the original five food stalls that was devoted to burgers. The burgers are tricked out with a variety of gourmet toppings with meat mixtures that include short rib, chuck and brisket formed into 7-ounce patties served on freshly baked buns. Fletcher’s also offers vegetarian options, shakes and a fried chicken sandwich.
