Rochester, N.Y. — An Ontario County man is heading to prison after being convicted of child pornography charges.
Prosecutors said Eric Passalacqua, 37, of Phelps, exchanged child pornography with someone in Alaska.A search warrant executed Jan. 24 at Passalacqua's home led to the discovery of 600 images of child pornography, including some that Passalacqua produced, according to prosecutors. He also admitted to producing images of another victim.to receipt and distribution of child pornography.
