OpenAI has revealed that some user's payment information may have been accessible to more people due to its recent bug.

In addition to that issue, OpenAI has also revealed that the bug “may have caused the unintentional visibility of payment-related information of 1.2% of the ChatGPT Plus subscribers.” While full payment card numbers were not exposed, the rest of the payment information was, including users’ names and addresses.
OpenAI says that this issue was also addressed with the bug fix and that any potentially impacted ChatGPT Plus subscribers are being notified. If you are currently a paid subscriber, the company says it is taking the following actions:Added redundant checks to ensure the data returned by our Redis cache matches the requesting user.
