Organ Trail follows Abigale and her family as they fall victim to a ruthless gang of men.
Abigale manages to escape their clutches, risking her life in the process, but soon discovers she is the only survivor, sending her into a tailspin. Abigale decides to do whatever it takes to take back the one thing left of her family, their horse, from the very gang that held her and killed her family.
