Roger Young, 67, appeared in court earlier this week and pled guilty to one count of disorderly conduct.
, Young was originally charged in May following an investigation into the 67-year-old as he was caught in the act on surveillance footage while in the Haida Village apartment on April 24.
When Young was questioned about the incident, he admitted to doing it, saying he, “messed up and was having a bad day.” Young soiled the carpet, couch, and other belongings within the apartment, which had to be replaced. As a result, Young was ordered to pay over $4,300 in restitution to the family as well as additional fines and court fees.
