Pearland has only broken through the $4 million mark three times, with the other being $4.01 million for June.Alvin hit a high mark with $935,385 for December. That was 8.6 percent above the previous high of $861,056 from December 2021. This December's total marked the first time in five months that Manvel had a monthly year-on-year gain in sales tax receipts.
Iowa Colony received $61,145 in sales tax revenue during December. That was a 28.6 percent increase compared to the same month in 2021.
