4 6-ounces salmon fillets, skinlessFOR THE CREAMED CORN AND BELL PEPPER6 tablespoons heavy creamIn a sealable plastic bag combine well the soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and the sugar, and add the salmon to it coating it well.
