The 27-year-old was walking inside the greenspace near Dog Beach and Fallkill Falls around 9:15 p.m. Monday, when a stranger came up to her from behind and lifted up her skirt, authorities said.The suspect lifted up the woman’s skirt, tried to pull her underwear down and pushed her to the ground, police said.The victim suffered minor cuts on her left and right knees, but refused medical attention at the scene.
