That figure refers to the global death toll from COVID, which now stands at 4,162,304, according to the World Health Organization .Navarro, who served as Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy during former President's administration, previously accused Fauci of funding gain-of-function research in a lab in Wuhan and said COVID originated in that lab.
