United FP opened a 17,500-square-foot club at 409 N. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. In the coming weeks, it will open a Gilbert location at 706 N. McQueen Road. The gyms will include cardio and strength equipment, locker rooms, massage chairs and more.
“This year, our branch at Anchor Centre East had quite the challenge ahead of us — the renewal of our first-floor space amid a tight suburban office submarket, record-high rental rates, and many moving parts,” said Michael Bosh, director of real estate and construction for First International Bank & Trust, in a statement.
The project is expected to be completed by December of 2023. It's also located along Union Pacific rail line. The site is an Opportunity Zone near Interstate 10 and 339th Avenue and has zoning and infrastructure in place for development. The buyer of the property plans to build an industrial development on the site.
Built on nearly one acre, the 2,618-square-foot home at 858 E. Fawn Hill Rd is listed by Penny Waid, an agent affiliated with the Prescott office of Coldwell Banker Realty.

NASA's TESS discovers another Earth-like planet with potential for habitability - KRLD NewsNASA has discovered another Earth-sized exoplanet within the habitable zone of its home star. The discovery was made utilizing information from NASA's Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS). The rocky planet, dubbed TOI 700 e, is approximately 95% the size of Earth, according to NASA. TOI 700 e is the fourth planet discovered in this system, but only the second that orbits in the star's 'Goldilocks zone,' the area around a star in which a planet can sustain liveable temperatures and liquid water. NASA says the planet, located 100 light-years from Earth, orbits around a small M dwarf star along with two other planets in the constellation Dorado.
