Yesterday Plow Burger announced that its Seventh Street brick-and-mortar had closed, along with its sister brand, Brunch Bird.
The Plow Burger trailer at the Buzz Mill Coffee location on East Riverside will close on January 15; Sabala plans to launch an omnivorous burger stand, Buzz Burger, in its place.
The vegan burger operation was founded in 2018 by Isaac Mogannam and Jason Sabala, the founder of Buzz Mill Coffee. At its zenith, Plow Burger had locations in Hyde Park, at Buzz Mill’s East Riverside location, a brick-and-mortar on East Seventh, and a Denton outpost. The Hyde Park location shuttered in August 2022, and the Denton location followed suit in December 2022.
