SEVEN HILLS, Ohio — A man and woman each are facing a charge of aggravated murder in the shooting death Monday of a 54-year-old man, police say.
Bernard Murphy, 44, and Jenea Murphy, 38, were arrested Monday morning without incident in connection with the shooting of Maurice Petrak, according to Seven Hills police. Both suspects are scheduled to be arraigned in Parma Municipal Court this morning. Officers were called to a residence on the 7700 block of McCreary Road at 2:45 a.m. Monday. Petrak was found with a gunshot wound and was taken by ambulance to University Hospitals Medical Center Parma, where he was pronounced dead.
