Residents are telling detectives the two victims were loudly arguing in the hallway when the suspect, another building resident apparently unhappy with the noise, joined the dispute and fatally shot them both. The suspect is believed to be a resident and police are looking for him. Nine shell casings were recovered from the hallway.No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
