Police searching for suspect who shot and killed a man at a pricey Encino rental homeDetectives are searching for two suspects wanted in connection with a fatal shooting inside of an Encino rental home Monday morning.
Next-door neighbor Mark Spaeny said that the home is known to be a party house that's often for rent. Information online shows the property is available for rent for nearly $20,000 a month.Spaeny said he heard a loud screech at about 4:30 a.m., followed by a lot of noisy activity. His Ring camera may have captured the two suspects in the shooting.
"I have heard other neighbors say that there was loud parties til pretty late at night," said Ivan Sumonovic."Trash on the street, sports cars - like Lambos and Ferarris - going up and down the street late at night."
