After the suspect continued to ignore the officers and refused to come down, Tasers were deployed and he was detained.
Perkins is accused of being in the store for several hours before entering the women's restroom with a shopping cart full of items. The manager attempted to go into the restroom after her, but several garbage cans were being used to block the door from opening. When officers arrived at the scene, they saw her inside the ceiling space and tried to make her come down.
