Bar Mleczny’s will be at 6501 Lansing Ave. in Cleveland. It will be open 5 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays starting April 20. Reservations are encouraged.
Chrostowski’s heritage is Polish, though the restaurateur-sommelier focuses on French cuisine in Edwins, the fine-dining restaurant he operates in Shaker Square.
Darek Wojno, the center’s chief executive officer, said in a press release the goal of bringing Chrostowski aboard is to ensure the cultural organization’s future. For Chrostowski, it was an easy call. Polish cooking is in his blood, and he feels he’s doing a small part to keep ethnic cuisines alive.
