Johnson is accused of helping his brother Christopher Johnson and others attempt to thwart an investigation into the killings ofKevin Coles and several others plotted to kill Chaney because she was cooperating in a federal drug investigation involving the Black Guerilla Family out of Baltimore. Jackson and Cole became collateral damage when Coles’ men traveled to Franklin County for the killing.

Christopher Johnson is awaiting sentencing on a guilty plea of multiple counts of murder for hire as the triggerman in the killings. His brother Mark Johnson is not believed to be directly involved in the killings but the DOJ said the brothers worked together to avoid capture by authorities and tried to locate and kill a co-defendant in the case who was believed to be cooperating with federal authorities.

Kenyatta Corbett, of Hagerstown, pleaded guilty to Hobbs Act robbery and to being an accomplice to the use of a firearm during Hobbs Act robbery and is awaiting sentencing.
