A federal judge in Chicago on Tuesday ordered R&B singer R. Kelly be held in jail without bond on sex crime charges, according to several reporters present in the courtroom.
The disgraced singer and songwriter has been held in Metropolitan Correction Center in Chicago since his arrest last Thursday on accusations of illegal sex with him and then covered up the crimes by paying and threatening the victims and witnesses.
