SOLON, Ohio – Despite less than favorable weather conditions, the Solon Fall Festival was well attended Saturday at Solon Community Park.
Many children enjoyed fall-themed inflatables, kids’ crafts and backyard games. They could also play in a corn box or decorate pumpkins from a pumpkin patch. An artisans and crafters market featured about 50 vendors selling their homemade wares. It was presented by Avant-Garde Art and Craft Shows. Other highlights included a square dance demonstration, a football skills competition, axe throwing, a petting zoo, touch-a-truck and food trucks.
