The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City newbie Monica Garcia has sued Heather Gay ’s beauty lab for allegedly giving her a “botched” nose job and lip injections. Monica was initially sued by the lab after she refused to pay following the beauty results.
Back in August, Heather Gay’s company Beauty Lab + Laser sued Monica Garcia for “breach of contract” after the RHOSLC star did not pay for her nose job and lip injections, The Sun reported. According to official documents, Monica signed the contract on December 10, 2019. She was supposed to pay $2,449.The documentation noted that Monica was “supposed to make $200 monthly payments for the next 10 months, but never did.”
Heather’s beauty lab claimed they have “suffered, and continues to suffer, significant losses and damages.” However, Heather’s name is not mentioned in the official docs. At the time, the beauty lab requested a court date to determine how much money Monica should owe them, demanding, “not less than $2,000…plus reasonable attorney’s fees, and other remedies provided by statute or contract.”The 40-year-old is countersueing the beauty lab for “breach of independent duty of care, breach of contract, and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing.”
