To start, draw a little stick figure of yourself, then add anyone you live with—your dog, your close friends, your family, and anyone else you're glad to have in your orbit. You don't have to be a CEO to have a board of directors, friends. When you're on the brink of a major life change, it helps to have a few people in your corner who can listen and provide advice.
