As for what we can expect from the New Ham bunch in the future of the series, creator Chris Keyser opened up toabout the show’s upcoming themes. "[S]eason [one] deals a lot with men versus women, and it deals only briefly with race, but I think you can expect that conversation about class and race to keep coming up. All these things need to be re-litigated in a world in which there are no givens. We hope [...] to explore all the social contract questions that we take for granted.
Though an exact release date is still TBA, the show’s sophomore season is expected to return sometime in 2020, and the cast assured viewers it “will be worth the wait.”
