According to the survey, only 53% of the female expats in the U.S. are pleased with the job security the country offers versus 58% of expat women globally. The winner was Czechia , which was voted the best country for women ."Czechia has constantly climbed up the ranking of the best countries for women working abroad,” says Chudoba. “While it only ranked 26th in 2015, it was voted the best country for women working abroad in the latest Expat Insider survey.
